Overall we had a fantastic stay, food was superb, staff lovely. The only fault I would add is that much to my surprise they allow smoking in the restaurants. It didn't affect us as we could move tables but I find it unacceptable. Didn't spoil our holiday though. Drinks are premium and the prosecco is the best I've had in a hotel. Great stay.

Garden view room. Spacious room. Small but adequate bathroom. Balcony. Lovely, well kept gardens. Friendly staff. Excellent food and many choices. Different food each day. Lovely cakes, croissants, etc in patisserie. Went January 2023. Lots of cosy areas to sit, relax, read, etc. Would not hesitate to book again.

Amazing property with a great all inclusive option. The beach is clean with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests. The facilities are well maintained. It was an amazing holiday. Thank you, Paloma!

Food selection was great, events and program for kids and evenings we enjoyed, number of pools and it was not crowded, seats always available, never in queues, great tobogans, staff very friendly and quick in serving drinks, helping with requests
